I'm Heather Walker, founder of Rally Executive Advisory.

For more than 20 years, I worked inside a structural engineering firm in Bend, Oregon, helping guide the company from a small family-owned business into a multi-owner organization. That work included budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, performance reporting, valuation modeling, ownership transition planning, IT management, and operational decision support.

Alongside that work, I have direct ownership and operation of commercial real estate, leading the development of an 8,126 square-foot commercial building in 2008 and a 7,070 square-foot renovation in 2024. Lease administration, long-term forecasting, valuation analysis, and financing negotiations with lenders have all been managed directly through active ownership and operations.

Those are two different schools of experience. One is operating a growing professional services business. The other is owning, financing, and managing real assets. Together, they created a broad operational and financial perspective on what it takes to build, fund, and guide a business.

I founded Rally to bring this background to other business owners who need experienced strategic and operational support without the structure of a full-time executive role. Every engagement is led directly by me, combining financial clarity, operational insight, and practical decision support grounded in real-world experience.
